General information

Each person needs to register individually. Accompanying person should register separately.

Registration starts: 10 February 2025

Registration ends: 30 June 2025

Registration for participants with presentation

Participants need to register by clicking „SIHDA 2025 Registration”, upload their abstracts and pay their registration fee on the website of the event, at sihda2025.hu.

We invite three categories of submissions:

individual submissions: single paper abstracts;
fully-formed panel proposals: pre-arranged panels consisting of a maximum of 5 presentations centered on a cohesive, unified theme;
book presentation proposals: pre-arranged panels including a maximum of 5 presentations focused on discussing a specific book.

A notification on the assignment of individual submissions to a specific panel can be expected approximately by 15 July 2025.

When registering as a member of a fully-formed panel or a book presentation panel, you will be asked to indicate the chair of the panel and list all the other members of the panel.

Registration for participants without a presentation and accompanying persons

If you register for the event as a participant without a presentation or an accompanying person, your participation will be finalised upon receipt of your registration fee.

Payment method

You can pay by bank transfer: please provide your billing information. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail with details concerning the transfer and a proforma invoice. Upon receipt of your registration fee, we will send you a confirmation e-mail containing your registration code and invoice.

We would like to kindly ask for your patience as it will take a few days for our Finance Department to process the transaction.
